Художественные изделия фабрики приобрели большую известность не только в России, но и за границей, пользовались значительным спросом. В 1900 году был основан торговый дом «Братья Грачевы», фирма имела магазин на Невском проспекте. На всемирных выставках в Париже 1889 и 1900 гг. фирме были присуждены золотые медали, а в 1893 году - бронзовая медаль за эмалевые и филигранные изделия. Изделия мастеров фирмы удостаивались высоких наград на международных выставках в Копенгагене и Чикаго, на всероссийских промышленных выставках (например, на Всероссийской выставке в 1896 г. в Нижнем Новгороде они получили высшую награду «Государственный герб»). В 1892 году Грачевы получили звание придворных поставщиков.
